Absolutely. Many of my clients choose not to take HRT or can’t for medical reasons. You’ll receive practical, personalised support using evidence-based, non-pharmaceutical strategies to help you feel better and regain control.
You’ll receive six private 1:1 sessions (60–90 minutes each), an initial onboarding call, and optional 30-minute check-ins between sessions (if spaced fortnightly). You’ll also have access to personalised tools, trackers, and strategies, and the option to continue with ongoing support through our membership community.
